Vancity Electric is an up and coming company in the lower mainland area. We are currently growing and starting many new exciting projects. We do a 50/50 split of high end residential and commercial electrical work. We are a small tight-knit group of electricians. ⠀⠀

We are looking for a Journeyman or women electrician. You would have B.C residential and commercial experience. You would know the local codes and bylaws in the lower mainland. You would have experience with apprentices and enjoy teaching them the tricks of the trade. You would be running job sites, start to finish with support from a production manager. You would be the go-to person on a particular site and have ownership of that project you are running. You are familiar with prints / emails / specs / smartphones. Customer service would be important to you. ⠀⠀

We are not looking for someone with oil sands experience. If you like to work alone, if you like to get things done on your own, we would respectfully pass. ⠀

We do provide company vans for our project managers. We provide a company cell plan (you can keep your #) Company benefits package for you and your family, very competitive wages based upon your experience level. Paid overtime. ⠀⠀
